Arfa Cranes Officially Launches Its Digital Transformation Project

On May 29, 2025, Arfa Cranes Co., Ltd. held a grand kick-off meeting for its Digital Transformation Project, marking the official launch of its partnership with Huigao Digital Technology. Centered on the shared vision of "Empower with Digital, Envision the Future," the two parties will work together to integrate ERP, MES, and PLM systems, building a smart factory and driving upgrades in enterprise management and intelligent operations.

The meeting was attended by leadership teams from both Arfa Cranes and Huigao Digital, as well as project members and technical experts from software providers including UFIDA (ERP), Aipu Gonghua (MES), and Shanda Huatian (PLM). Together, they laid out a blueprint for the project's successful implementation.

At the event, the host introduced the project team, technical experts, and promotion committee members along with their responsibilities to ensure smooth collaboration. Mr. Wang, project manager from Huigao Digital, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the implementation plan, including project background, technical approach, and expected outcomes. He outlined specific goals such as improving production efficiency, optimizing management processes, and enhancing market competitiveness. Software vendors also introduced their respective solutions and provided a clear project timeline.

Project leader Mr. Zhang Lizhuo emphasized that the promotion committee is composed of elite members from various departments, who will leverage their expertise to ensure smooth project execution. He detailed the group's responsibilities, including schedule management, quality control, risk monitoring and mitigation. The structure of the team was clarified—from project managers and technical experts to business representatives and coordination staff—ensuring clear roles and efficient communication.

In his concluding speech, General Manager Mr. Qiao Bingzhen stressed the strategic importance of digital transformation for the company's long-term development. He stated that digitalization is key to overcoming market challenges and achieving breakthrough growth. Mr. Qiao called on all departments to fully commit to the project with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, urging them to break down silos, strengthen collaboration, and foster a unified effort. He encouraged innovation and exploration of a transformation path tailored to Arfa's development.

Mr. Qiao also emphasized the importance of deploying ERP, MES, and PLM systems to comprehensively cover core modules of enterprise operations, including supply chain, production, finance, collaboration, and barcode inventory, ultimately achieving enterprise-wide digital upgrades and building a smart factory.
